Saltmarshes is a very popular cottage and gets booked well in advance, many families return to us every year.
Quietly located in the heart of the village, it is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house sleeping up to 6 people, with a large enclosed garden. We do allow dogs by mutual agreement and and have secure dog kennelling available in the garage if required.
With off-road parking for up to 4 vehicles, Saltmarshes is a traditional brick and chalk house standing back from the road in a quiet street.
A unique feature of Saltmarshes is the rotating gallery of birds and other wildlife displayed throughout the house. These large canvasses have been taken by the owner and are available for view and sale through our sister website www.focusonthewild.com

Access to the large, enclosed garden is from the conservatory or via an outside side gate from the front drive. The garden also has a patio with furniture and a BBQ in the summer.

Bedroom 1 - Super-king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and views over the garden and adjoining paddock.
Bedroom 2* - King size bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, double wardrobe.
Bedroom 3*- 2 Single beds, travel cot and chest of drawers.
* Bedrooms 2 and 3 have views over the marshes to the sea.

Wifi is available free of charge. Bed linen is included. Hairdryer, central heating, washing line (and pegs), storage for guests’ equipment (eg cycles etc) in the lockable garage (access upon request). A complimentary basket of wood is also provided for use in the woodburner in winter months.
